Graphic Designer
Fall 2017 I began working on my Graphic Design degree at Boise State University. As a non-traditional student and a mother of three it was a very different experience going back to school. I was fortunate enough to have wonderful teachers and classmates, and enjoyed this process immensely. Balancing my life as a massage therapist and yoga teacher, the path to a degree was a slow one but very much worth the time and effort! I graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Boise State University in May 2024.
Yoga Teacher
In January 2017 I traveled to Thailand for a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Intensive. We studied in the mountains above Chiang Mai, Thailand. It was an incredible learning experience and I have been teaching and learning more about yoga since returning back to Idaho.
Massage Therapy
I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2005, and practiced Massage Therapy at spas, gyms, and in private practice.
In 2010 I also began teaching Massage Therapy at the Milan Institute in Nampa, Idaho.
In 2013 I became a Continuing Education Provider with the NCBTMB-and taught professional continuing education until 2022

Exchange Student Mentor
From 2013-2016 I had the wonderful opportunity to mentor exchange students in the Treasure Valley. It was a wonderful experience learning about different cultures, and sharing our traditions with such incredible young people!
Ben & Jerry's Millennial Advisory Panel
In June of 2011, I won a contest to spend a week in Vermont on the Ben & Jerry's Millennial Advisory Panel. We learned more about the ice cream industry and market research. It was a wonderful experience meeting other people around the country, and learning how consumer patterns affect the way we purchase goods.
